Dresden at Night
A digital camera allows any photographer to play around with settings and scenes and instantly check the result. This is especially important for night shots. In August 2004 I spent some time on the Carola-Bridge in Dresden and tried to get some nice night shots of Dresden's most famous scenery. More Details...

Car Reflections
This image was taken at the Verkehrsmuseum Dresden. The chromed part is a part of the soft top of an old vintage car and provided a wonderful view on other cars. More Details...

Red Rose
This image was taken on the outdoor area of the Botanical Garden Jena. I was eager to give my new Macro lens a try, so I even went during rain into the Garden. My left hand held the umbrella and my right hand was holding the camera. A tripod would might have made sense but I kept it at home...bad mistake. More Details...
